I was friends with a chameleon named Bob in my garden. She died, she got squished under the car I’m very sad. She was a very good chameleon she’d stopped being scared of me and sometimes would come stare at me when I went out. She was so small

Relationships

Hy strangers, whom m sharing my feelings with because my friends and family don't understand. 
I have abandonment issue and I don't know what to do about this. 
I am really good at pushing people away but the same time I don't want to be alone and lonely for rest of my life. I have this fear that each and every person will leave me one day so before they can leave I leave that person.
It's a vicious cycle. 
And I want to change this about me but don't know how.

Anger Issues

Hi. I haven’t really used this platform before, so I hope I’m doing this right. It’s the middle of the night here and it’s really hard for me to fall back to sleep. It feels like the end is near and nothing can stop it from happening. My chest feels heavy like someone’s foot is on it and it’s just hard to swallow. Any suggestions on how I can help put this feeling aside and just get back to bed?

3am Thoughts

im honestly so fucking tired of life man like. i hate going to school all i did this week was wake up, go to school, come home and go to sleep. im so fucking exhausted of doing anything all i wanna do is sleep and stay in my room forever.

Depression

When do you think is the time to end a relationship?

I have a big problem of over thinking. I keep going on a loop thinking what happened in past and how I could have done things differently that wouldn't have landed me alone and heartbroken. I know there is no use of this as I can not change my past plus I am some where destroying my present being stuck in past over which I have no control what so ever. But still knowing all these things I keep going on the same path of over thinking again and again. Recently I realised I have been working 15 hrs a day just to avoid any "me time" that would take me to that path. Don't know how to overcome with this problem.
