Depression

Anyone ever felt that everytime you share anything with ur partner about his ignorant behaviour, being busy or whatever. U feel like blocking them, or breaking up and do that even but that one corner of ur aches up again and you unblock them again. Thinking they might change .

Mental Health

I had my breakup yesterday, and it was pretty sudden. I knew things weren't right between us, but i never expected this. I was bad. I did love love her but forgot to express, show her. She gave me all the love she had, I did too, but things changed. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel sick, helpless, responsible, got no one to tell all this. I know this is depressing and no ones interested, but I read somewhere it's good to share. I can't lay in my bed and do nothing. It was my fault I know, I lost something I don't know i'll ever find again. 

Breakup

(This is all in a two month time frame)

Today I felt the need to hurt myself. The emptiness I felt is undeniable. My best friend was slowly drifting away and I knew it. She was becoming hostile to me lately and I don't know what I did, but she messaged me today and *in spanish* told me she hated me. After she said it was to the wrong person, but I knew that wasn't the case. 

My other friend who I was growing a little closer to since my best friend had been drifting away told me she felt that I was stealing her online friends (she had recently added me to a chat with them). She said she'd always wanted friends of her own and for a safe place without her real life friends. It made me feel bad.

Also, these past few (more particularly 2) days I have lost a lot of trust in my mother. She promised me something twice and didn't do what she promised (this was in a 2 day span). She also had let her boyfriend spend all of our money and now we're basically bankrupt.

My nan talked about how smart I was, I was a little uncomfortable (for 2 reasons). One of the reasons is she was telling me to help people with my intelligence (I want to be an actress one day), and the second reason is simply I don't know how to react to compliments. When I had told her I wanted to be an actress, she put down my dream in a matter of seconds.

I used to feel lucky and happy about life, like nothing could stop me, but now I realise that life isn't that simple. Somehow I don't feel sad, I just feel empty and betrayed. I feel like i've lost my trust in everything, and it's all at the fault of the ones I love.

I've been through a tough time lately...and everyone out of nowhere (the people who literally used to talk behind my back)  are asking me if I'm okay? Like literally every single hour...ik they care about me but it's so much to take at a single time...if someone asks how I'm, it's like a trigger... It reminds me of everything I've been trying to forget... it doesn't feel good

Frustration

I've just sent my immediate resignation. I'm scared as to what will happen but I don't know why part of me feels sorry that I can no longer render any more days when I'm aware that I could no longer do so because of my mental health. I left mainly because I was being gaslighted already. Notifications give me anxiety and panic attacks :(
