3am Thoughts

I feel disconnected with everyone around me. This is my 7th breakdown in the last 2 days & I don't have anyone to talk to. My girlfriend doesn't understand me either. I'm extremely anxious about placements & life after college & I'm really lost

Anxiety

When I get bored and I have nothing to do and I can’t smoke anything I cut. If I can’t do anything sexual, smoke, or cut I try to kill myself… it’s weird. I can’t smoke any weed so I just want to cut some more. I have like 12 cuts on my arm from this morning and I think my dad noticed. I wrapped a headband around my arm and walked around the house with it and he started checking on me and asking me if I need anything…. Anyways I’m bored rn so I might smoke some weed I stole from my dad or kill myself 💀 byeee edit: I realized that making paper stars distract me from everything too but it’s not as satisfying
