3am Thoughts

Its being a few weeks since my mind has been occupied with something.. i never got into a relationship with anyone in my life..i am 20 and haven't even confessed my feelings to my crushes. But now there is this person ,who feels like home to me.. someone whose presence is warmth.. but I cant confess it because I am afraid. I am afraid that my parents who are not strict would get hurt. They believe in me so much that I wouldn't get into relationship. But I do wanna have someone but I am afraid of what they would feel and also that I wouldn't be able to love this person.
Or anyone for that matter. I feel like this boy (crush) is not handsome but still this friend makes me feel safe , he makes me feel free from my clinically addressed depression  and invasive  self doubt.

Actually I don't know how to frame my sentence here, I am going through a tough phase in my professional life, I am getting harassed by my manager and I can't leave my job due to my family financial situation, I want to apply for transfer but that is not possible at this moment and  i am trying to find a new job but in this economy that is also not easy.
So this situation has been very hard on me and this makes me cry or rant to my bf on a daily basis, and now is getting frustrated with my daily ranting or crying because he is saying I am not taking action and always crying about things . And him not being there with me emotionally during this phase is making me feel very anxious because he starts ignoring my calls becz of this, i don't know what to do in this situation , is it expecting him to be with me in this time is wrong??

Is it ok to sleep 15 hours a day? I do not know what is happening with me. I feel like I have no energy to do something productive at all.

Memories

I am a student of masters going to the second semester I had saved money for all my semesters.
I was saving it with my little sister and found out that some amount from it has been taken by mother without telling me even once.
I did not speak about it to my mother but I had to give the rest of it to someone to pay it when it is the time for payment as I am not able to have a bank account due to my refugee status. 
at that time my employer was in need of each little money for expenses in the company I gave it to him stating you will be paying my fees so please take this money.
December my exam ended, January is about to end I have left the job due to my reaction on something, he had said he is going to pay the fees, I am worried.
I have my doubts that is he not having it or he isn’t simply paying. 
Is it my trust issue or trusting and waiting is foolish.

It's easy to quit but difficult to stay and make it work.
