As the 12th board exams approach, i have been feeling a lot of stress. Feeling a lot of pressure because of my family expectations. don’t know if i will be able to live up to them

Hey, I just wanted to say give your best, and don’t worry so much about the results. Your parents are just worried about you, they don’t mean to stress you. And even if you score less, it doesn’t mean that you aren’t intelligent. For now don’t think about the result, just do your best. All the best!

Heyy !
I can understand what you must be going through. And no matter how much anyone tells you to calm down, I’m sure you must constantly be feeling the stress at the back of your mind. However what matters is what you’re passionate about and what you’d like to do for the rest of your life. Until then, don’t think about anything-don’t think about the fears, the stress, the expectations. Just study with an open mind, and put in hard work. Don’t worry about the result, just plan your day and try to stick to schedule and it’ll all work out well. I promise :)
You’ll pull through

it is absolutely understandable! Don’t think so hard about your family and just do it for yourself. Work hard because you know you should and not because you have to. Your family loves you and wants the best for you always!

Hey there! I would just like to say that please do not let exam stress get to your head. Go for a walk, listen to music or watch your favourite television programme. It will help your mind to calm down and you can concentrate better. Half an hour of recreational activity is always good during exams. It’s a phase of life which will pass and the result does not matter when you look at after a few years. Your parents are just worried right now but i am sure they will understand whatever may be the result because nobody loves us and cares for us more than them.
