As the 12th board exams approach, i have been feeling a lot of stress. Feeling a lot of pressure because of my family expectations. donβt know if i will be able to live up to them

Heyy !
I can understand what you must be going through. And no matter how much anyone tells you to calm down, Iβm sure you must constantly be feeling the stress at the back of your mind. However what matters is what youβre passionate about and what youβd like to do for the rest of your life. Until then, donβt think about anything-donβt think about the fears, the stress, the expectations. Just study with an open mind, and put in hard work. Donβt worry about the result, just plan your day and try to stick to schedule and itβll all work out well. I promise :)

it is absolutely understandable! Donβt think so hard about your family and just do it for yourself. Work hard because you know you should and not because you have to. Your family loves you and wants the best for you always!

Hey, I just wanted to say give your best, and donβt worry so much about the results. Your parents are just worried about you, they donβt mean to stress you. And even if you score less, it doesnβt mean that you arenβt intelligent. For now donβt think about the result, just do your best. All the best!
Youβll pull through

Hey there! I would just like to say that please do not let exam stress get to your head. Go for a walk, listen to music or watch your favourite television programme. It will help your mind to calm down and you can concentrate better. Half an hour of recreational activity is always good during exams. Itβs a phase of life which will pass and the result does not matter when you look at after a few years. Your parents are just worried right now but i am sure they will understand whatever may be the result because nobody loves us and cares for us more than them.
