as of late, iโve been feeling really lonely and stressed.
Iโve been doing online schooling ever since the start of the pandemic, and missed out on basically all of my first year of highschool so far, due to my parents insisting on me staying home and their overbearing fear of covid - which has led to me feeling really depressed, as my friends and other acquantices start to drift away and lose contact with me.
Iโm set to return on march 11th, the end of march break - but Iโm super stressed about making friends and fitting into a classroom with friend groups that may have already been set. Iโve always been super anxious about socializing and stuff like this, and my situation is making my fear worse. any advice on how to calm down?
