As much as I want to do physical activity. I feel very less motivated since I am gets tricky for me. I stop doing something when it is so difficult maybe someone who has gone through this same phase and worked out on themself can share their thoughts it will be really emotionally anyone can overcome this.

Hey. The inner beauty lies within. Don’t go by society’s standards of beauty. I can understand how regular motivation is required. First step is to accept yourself and know that you’re perfect the way you’re. Yet it’s equally important to stay fit and healthy. Whenever I feel demotivated to do something, I remind myself why I started in the first place. And the amount of satisfaction, confidence and happiness it’ll give me once I succeed. It’s important to give yourself a break every now and then. Don’t be too harsh on yourself. You’re not alone, every one is trying to do something which they are not at all motivated by. You’re not alone :)
