Sorry to say but i have seen a boy loving me โฆ I have seen him growing but that growth wasnโt from a teenager to a man but more from a teenager to a kid โฆ This is why I have posted this question

Hein, teenager to kid, this is immaturity I guess. Like every adult have inner child within him/her but when situation demands they act like matured person. If your boy did the same thing, act according to the situation then no issue otherwise heโs still immature and need to grow up, either lonely of with your support.

I feel bad that I have clarified the thing which could led to some problem in your relationship, I guess.
