3am Thoughts

Maybe some folks are alcoholics and others are just voluntary drunks. Maybe some folks drink due to body chemistry and others due to their lazy characters. Maybe some have drinking problems, while others have problems enough to drink.

I feel soooo unloved, I lost a very close friend of mine this may month, one of my very good friend's girlfriend asked him not to talk to me so we had to break our friendship. I lost my job this year and 2days back I had a break up. I feel like a looser, my heart is sooo weak this moment. I try to be strong in every situation which comes up to me, but for how long, I am a human tooo. I need love and affection. 

Please help me heal...

today i told my best friend on how i felt about him and we have had a past before but it didn't work out because it was when covid started so there so no way. and now that i told him how i still felt and him just not saying anything back, just makes me feel like i wasted my time and i cant even explain how i feel. one thing is i regret saying anything i should have just stayed quiet. 

I made out with my ex.....a big mistake. I couldn't resist the temptation of meeting him again and kissing him. Tbh it was fun...
But, I don't want to be with him, again. But im also scared to lose him again...I hate him.... but want him to be happy.
Just what am i feeling?

Relationships

How absurd and irrational it is to believe that if you stop talking to someone for few days, just to check whether he/she will talk to me the same way or ask me why am I ignoring him/her, just to check whether he/she is interested or not.
Why do you think that, he/she will not think that you are not interested in talking when you are the one who has broken the consistency.
It's pitiful thinking, if you check someone's interest or loyality or any other parameters of any relationship without thinking about how i would react if another person does the same thing to me.



Frustration

I left a girl because she caused me too much mental health issues, and it seemed like a mutual leaving, but I still can’t help but think about how much I miss her. There’s no one else that I want to talk to, no one else I wanna share my life with, but I can’t, because we’ve gone separate ways, and the reason she caused me issues was because she wasn’t talking for over a month (to anyone) because she felt shit and she couldn’t see any end to that. I don’t know how to get past just wanting to talk to her because she felt like a part of me. Any solutions to this problem? I’m trying to focus on myself and talk to other people but she gave a lot of purpose to my life and brought a lot of happiness but my head would physically hurt from not knowing what was going on when she didn’t want to talk.
