My mother is guilt-tripping me into telling her my feelings. I don't think I have depression, but I am showing signs of it. I don't want her to feel like it's her fault for most of my troubles. (Even though some of her words hurt)

I am an overthinker. I make scenarios in my mind and gets sad over them. I really hate this and the worst thing is i cant do anything about it. I value emotions, but most of the time i end up getting hurt. I just hate my life and hate how i am.. why cant i stop thinking ? Why cant i be selfish enough to think about only myself..
