I am a very sensitive person. Even for a small thing I start to cry or my tears will roll down, even though I don't want to. And every one starts to blame me for that . They ask me why you want to cry for this small thing. From where do you get all these tears and so on.  Crying is not something I purposefully do it happens just like that but everyone blame me for that. Is there anything wrong with me , is there any way to control this. Please help me.. I am done with all these blames...

I have recently cleared my CA Intermediate and I’m actively looking for articleship at this stage. It has been 3 4 days since I passed and the whole articleship etc is very overwhelming for me. I want to get into the big 4 but ik it’s very very competitive and they grill you in the interview. Idk what is this feeling but whenever it comes to mailing my resume etc my head legit starts to ache. I’m soo scarred that I might not get through the interviews. I feel I’m too dumb for these things as everyone around me is super smart and extremely good t communication. Also I have no other things on my cv except my eduction. These few years all I have done is study I feel I lvl personality which they actually need

Don't waste your school life by staying at home or playing video games go out make friends , party , have fun and enjoy . I wasted three years of my school life because of staying at home all day and it is a big regret for me .

Is it normal to sometimes use excessive alcohol to deal with stress?
Usually it stays in the bounds of normal social drinking but every once in a while I get into negative spirals triggered by stress, grief or self-loathing.
(embarrassingly also sometimes triggered by fictional characters going through the same stuff)
I can really go from only having a beer or wine in social settings and being fine to suddenly drinking multiple glasses of hard liquor a day on my own.
I have a lot of trouble controlling my impulses in general and I try my best with alcohol but in those spirals it's like my body acts on it's own and suddenly I'm halfway through my second glass. Not to the point of regularly getting black out drunk and those spirals last only about 2 weeks before I get back on track and quit it. 
So I can't call it alcoholism but I also know that I'm not always able to keep control over it...
The reason I ask is because I tried bringing it up to a friend once and it got shrugged off like I'm nowhere near an actual addiction so it's fine. It doesn't feel fine though.

There is a thought among people that respect those who respect you......from my side this thought is absolutely wrong......then what will the difference remain between us and those people who are disrespectful....... respect everyone❤️......even if in a fight if the other person is disrespectful.....why to be the same
