Yep
1. learn to let go. Dont think too much.
2. Most of the times we grow the problem in our head but in reality it doesnt even come close to that.

Yeah true. Most of the problems are in my head and it’s entangled in my need to solve all of it at once. Then i feel restless when i don’t even come close to that.
