3am Thoughts

I m at my lowest right now. I don’t have any friends. I had bf, I did everything I could to make him happy. I never met his expectations as a partner. He was not talking to me for like 3 days all he wanted to do was to sleep but I begged him to talk to me he didn’t. Now we are separated. I always wanted some love from him but it was too much to ask from him 😭 now I feel that I can never make anyone happy. I feel something is wrong with me.

Lonely

Spending time in our parell world through imagination and feel the pleasure buliding fake scenarios with our ideal self are actually a probem?? Is this really effect our reality even when aware about the reality and reel in our head?? Where should i draw the line?? 

Overthinking

Feeling tired and stressed
Days are going but not happy .
Am behaving madly in anger ..waited with lots of patience and can't take it anymore
In my family I have to take all responsibilities financial,family responsibility,house chores,cooking,cleaning,my office work
Am completely tired,I understood that my family don't  understand me..my sister don't help me proactively instead she will say that I didn't tell her any work so she is not helping ..I don't know how fair is that..I feel like why should I ask..

Terms are not good between me and my sister.. everything going wrong ..if we talk normally for 2 days we fight for other 5 days and don't talk to each other now I feel like relationship is gone completely ..she don't like me or respect me ..I expect nothing but some love and respect towards me..
I have sacrificed everything for them and I don't have a single rupee savings for me now..am realising now that they don't value me that much which I have towards them..

Am not talking to my sister anymore I became silent ..we stay in same house but I speak hardly 2 or 3 times in day..I took this decision because I don't want to hurt her anymore with my anger ..I don't know if am doing right or wrong but onething am not happy doing this I only be happy when I talk to her and spend time with her but I don't want get hurt again and again..
