The toxic parent I have so many things I can use against them in court-

Yeah, it’s confusing as hell. You are blamed for everything and then slowly you also start blaming yourself and seeing yourself as toxic.

100% true. Thats exactly where I am. There are legitimate facts suggesting I donot have a productive/positive environment but yk since its family it feels like I am in quick sand I cant escape because where do you go away from your own blood πŸ™

Yk we dont even stay together at the moment but the amount if stress and anxiety I get from my dad is just crazy. Specially even after knowing I am mentally ill. Idk how to even proceed things with him now.

Oh! Maybe take a break from him for a while. Do some introspection and healing. Take your time and then hopefully when you start feeling better you can reconnect with him slowly with a better, happier and calmer version of you.
