Yeah bruv forgetfulness, very frequent kinda panic attack (but these are very tolerable), always burning out myself before reaching the 60% of task, always having the feel of uneasy, and some more I think

Definitely you should consent to the doctor, I can walk kms without tiering myself but focusing ahhh I can’t at the starting stage I can but not after 5-6 sessions.
Btw I haven’t visited any clinic for my ADHD problem I’m sticking with meditation! U should try it

I think yes you should btw I haven’t, actually I’m broke so I think meditation will cure this but this is non-curable
