I am great too… Quite happy

I am just happy… Like I try gratitude everyday and at the end of the day I feel very happy and content.

I know right I wanted to share this with everyone here.

I have been practicing this since 7months…Tbh I didn’t start of it thinkng it will bring change or wishing for something, I felt like doing it cuz it makes me connected to myself yo universe, n to be in present

It’s like formality on the platform too… I mean formality real life mein karte toh hai itni yahan bhi nahi yaar

Real life mei fir b sense bn jata, bt yha koi sense hi ni bnta.
Its like we come here to escape from real life, bt same story goes around n we end being fed up

Soo many things make happy n smile.
When my tummy is full_ I eventually become happy.
Thrs a toddler in neighbour, so whenever I hear his shoes voice (those whistle shoes) it makes me smile.
When you dogs let me touch n pet them.
n so on…

What makes me really happy is re-watching the movies I once fell in love with. I know it’s not deep or philosophical, but it really makes me happy.

Comeon thatsa worthy reason to be happy n smile.
So wnna name few of ur fav moments fr movies

Favourite moments…lets see…the entire first half of jab we met, the last christmas in Little Women when Beth was still alive, when Trueman tried to escape in the Trueman show, and almost every single scene of When Harry Met Sally. There are just so many more.

M not much in movies or series… But I really love scenes from ‘storks’ and whole series of go friended me… It will sound wierd, by at tyms I rewatch this series just to undrstnd/ pen down certain thoughts
