Anyone to talk to?
What can i do to help myself to feel better at home, because i feel really bad. I don’t have many people to talk to. And this thing of staying at home, since covid is taking a toll on me.
Perform something of your interest!! Like reading books, painting, doodling or anything that makes you feel calm… watch movies listen to music!! Anything!!! You’ll eventually get the comfort!!
No but its like i do the same things everyday. And people are so ahead of me and i feel like I’m doing nothing.

I feel the need to be productive all the time. Like people are doing so many things and what am i doing. I feel like a burden to my parents.
