Anyone just awake and wondering what are they doing, and how are they gonna steer their life, like me

It’s just so hard to get it right and able to match the societal standards after fucking it up. I don’t even know what I should base it upon.

Okay. As much as i know understand how bad that feeling can be. Here are some tips:
1. Try getting of your phone
2. Drink a cup of cold water
3. Go outside for some time. Don’t stay on your bed and overthink.
4. Excercise for literally 5 mins or meditate for 5 mins.
Then go on with your day.
