Anyone here to talk about that short anxiety attack when we get unwanted phone calls when the phone ain't on silent mode??

Exactly. Caller ID apps are there but they tend to collect our personal data at large scale, but still a blessing in disguise. 

Throw away your phone ..... Use only laptop....

Met a great guy online, few months ago,we met we connected at soulmate level. While getting to know each other realized we are second cousins. Can't keep our hands off each other even after the realization, yet we can never get married to one another.
It's crazy but lovely at the same time...we can't tell nobody.

it's been more than a year since college ended. but the memories are alive.
The final year is supposed to be the best one. people placed, no classes, fewer subjects and this time online exams too, thanks to the pandemic.
for me, everything was fine until I had fallen for someone. Someone junior, two years junior! We spent just 5 months and I didn't realize when and how I was extremely into them. I should have restricted myself as never got the same from them. The person was not true to themselves, so was never true to me as well. There were lots of instances that warned me to restrict myself, but it was difficult without them and I couldn't distant myself. I saw them with other people. Even, they used to ask me to accompany them, when they used to meet those people. I was confused, not about my feelings but their's. But in the night, at times when I used to get loveyou texts, everything seemed fine! and I used to think yes they are in love and all those people are just friends.
But now when I am in all my senses, each moment flashes back and pinches me hard and reminds me, why I was this much available to them, why I gave all of mine to them, why I fell so hard for them. There is so much to tell, and it feels heavy. I feel like, do they even know what they did, I feel like telling this to them, all about my thoughts. the ones which I never shared back in the college and the ones which are fresh. It hurts me when I realize, they may not even have noticed the efforts I had put in, the sacrifices I did, the stability which I lost, the wellbeing which was destroyed, the pain which I endured. And the very next second it strikes me that this thought of mine is wrong and I am being selfish about it. And this is the last thing I would hear, my love labeled as selfish. Because all I did is to love that person with purity. It was selfless love I have never been in.

Hello everyone,

Now over 10 years ago I met my best friend online and two months ago he moved to another country and he has trouble getting a place. So he cant really game anymore, also we are both workaholics and that makes it even harder to stay in touch. A few weeks ago I started to feel very depressed event at work, normally at work im fully concentrated but currently I'm working on a machine where I do nothing most of the time so I start overthinking things something I didn't do for over 5 years now. Also playing games is no longer fun as it used to be normally on my days off and I have the time a 10 hour gaming session was normal and I enjoyed every second now I have trouble even choosing a game or even concentrating on it.

After I told my friend about it he said I should look for people to play with. Easy said for him he attracts people without even trying we once started a new game and I was away for two hours and all of the sudden he already had 3 other guys to play with. I always ask him how he does it but he doesn't know himself. 

I know a lot of people meet online these days but it all seems so temporary. An school friend of mine also meets new people all the time but he plays with them a week and then they never talk again. For me that seems like a waist of time. I also have a bit of fear of getting left behind. I had this "girlfriend" once I also met her online but I was to stupid to see she was only in it for the attention it took me a long time to get over her she had a new idiot in the net just a week later. I'm okay with being alone but of course most of you probably understand that I want some who cares about me and some I can care about. It makes life more meaningful.

 I have even a hard time to answer when someone ask in a game if someone speaks german, I always keep talking english. I don't have a hard time to talk to new people in person but that's probably because I can't avoid it as easily. I'm also more adventures in real life then in games, in games I like to relax and in real life I joined the army as my first job where I worked in CBRN Defence and even worked with live chemical agents and I couldn't imagine something more interesting. Also went for my first time to a bar with my buddies from the army and had we had a great time overall. But none of them are gamers.

Maybe someone of you has an  answer why have so much trouble talking to people online. I feel really weird having this restriction. It almost feels like I shifted all the problems I had in real life to my online life.

Friends

My bestfriend always lends me in a problem.  ........Everyone  has advised me to stay  away from her as her mom is involved  in  something  bad ...... I  know  this but she never  told me about  this and I think  it's  okay like it her personal  thing .... but my family  and friends  are insisting to stay away. Whenever  I will  talk to any guy she will  dm him and I feel weird I mean the guy must be  feeling  weird as I am an introvert  and  don't  talk  much and my friend  starts  messaging  them.... I have asked her to stop but she is like I do it causaly i don't  have any bad intentions.... She comes to my Building  and  stares at guys one of my friend asked me y she was starring  at me like this I wasn't  comfortable ... thankgod he was my friend  he didn't  made it a issue ..... But I can't  cutoff like this She knows  one of my secret  and what if I cutoff my contact  with her she will spill it .....

Confusion

Had a verbal fight with parents... I don't live with them... It all happened through phone calls..  Instead of feeling good talking to them makes me sad.. It's a lot going on in life... I can't take more😭😭😭
I have no frnds whom I could talk to...
