How do u cope, respond?

It’s hard to cope with a feeling when you don’t know what you are feeling. On days when it gets difficult moving, I get inspired by looking at other people’s work. Good work. On other days, I detach myself from everything and try watching a bad film or show to remind myself that someone bad work also works.
Not sure if whatever I said made sense for you but this is what that makes me keep moving.

Surprisingly it did, the bad work working good for some is a perfect example. Maybe we’re self critiquing our work so much that we don’t value our small wins! Gave me solace for a worrying corner in my mind. Thanks

Btw, if u have atleast found what you weren’t looking for, that would be a great finding too. Any thoughts?

I searched for many things only to realise I might never get them. Hearts so heavy I could physically feel the pain.
