Izzat se padhai kar lo. Group study karke kisi ka fayada nahi hua hai. Yeh bakar college mein kar lena.

I am feeling very broken 
I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks .i have no one to talk.
I am fed up from life.
I don't want to live anymore.

Depression

I always get hurt by those whom I gave my 100% i still keep ignoring my feelings and care for them but all they do is ignore me for others and hurt me .
I always give my best in all kinda relationship but I get pay back by getting hurt all the time and now I have no single person with whom I can talk about this 🥺

Family

Everything that happened today, got me thinking. Maybe moving out might not be such a bad idea. I mean, I'll get to live on my own, gain experience. The thing that freaks me out, is what am I gonna do if something goes wrong? What if I can't pay my rent. Sure, parents might help me but I don't want to rely on them. I have a job and some saved up money, but I have to make room in a small 1 room apartment with a bathroom for 2 PCs (both desktop, one is mine, the other is from work) I gotta work to save for a laptop. I wanna get a driver's license finally. Should I move out right now, or wait until I've saved up a little more? Just so I don't blow it all off for different things.

Stress

Has anyone had suicidal thoughts but doesn't want to die?
I have this constant urge to hurt myself in anyway possible
I feel lost
I don't know who should I be talking to
too much of pressure in what I want in life
most of the time I prefer to live in a dream land rather than in reality


Anxiety

Its been 5 days since the breakup. There is still a lot in me but cant tell her. Dont feel like eating. Cant concentrate on studies. Started arguing my own parents nd friends. Everything irritates now. Feels sleepy whole day nd sleepless during nights. Cant even do what i used to enjoy.
