Anybody aware of career counselors who does it for free ? Please help. Its very important 

I have been to a career counsellor when I was young.. unfortunately they charge a fee to do your aptitude tests and provide guidance... 
They charge a fee because thats their job.. its like asking a band to perform at a concert for free 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I'm starting my mba soon got the admission as well in mba college! 
Can someone please tell me what should I prepare my self like any skills which I need to learn or anything that is necessary before starting the actual college. 

Career

Life is so confusing. I am 23 and still not figured out what I want to achieve in life. I am an engineer from India. Started working as Software Engineer. I am sure I don't like my job. I want to built something, work management side. Option is MBA or else work with my father. But confused what to do. I feel I should leave India settle somewhere else so do MBA but also will need 2 3 years more experience. Can do Masters in management too now but don't 
know what is good option. Other times I feel that I should be in India and work with father. Confused what to do. I want to achieve and do something I am passionate about. I have taken many wrong decisions. Afraid to take more wrong decision. I don't want to fail again as have wasted many years of my life. Want to focus on one think but what I don't know. 

Is it necessary to have a degree to get a job or necessary skills in which u are highly trained ???

I do a 9 to 5 job and also parallely preparing to give CAT 2021 . I really wanna pursue MBA in a good B school . The problem is on some days my job demands too much and am not getting time these days for preparation . Am an average student and it requires lot of effort from my end to achieve my target but am not able to manage it due to my job .Any tips on how to manage both .Please suggest
