3am Thoughts

This is a place to share our thoughts, so I thought I’d share mine.

If someone is hurting, mentally, and you are helping them, who’s helping you? This is happening currently with me and one of my friends. They opened up to me and of course I was supportive and they wanted me to share my secrets too. Don’t worry I wasn’t pressured I just hadn’t shared my feelings to anyone ever. And I sometimes regret it but they are a great person and I trust them. Anyways, I told them my secrets about my life and they were very nice. Recently they have been feeling down and I have been supporting them and sometimes they ask if they’re making the convo about themselves and if I want to talk about me. I just say no so bluntly and fast that I don’t think. I’m the person people know but they don’t actually really know there feelings. Honestly that was sort of a trait of mine. Until I told that person. They always ask if I have more secrets and i say no. I don’t know if my secrets even count but they’re really my feelings and moments that I’ve had. But I don’t feel comfortable telling them. They don’t know that there’s more to me and I plan to keep it that way. It’s just I feel that when I’m helping them, they don’t actually know that I’m hurting inside. But I’m great at hiding it by this point. Anyway I’m sorry if I bored you but I decided to share my thoughts. Feel free to share your intake on this, I love reading people comments. 

Feeling Nostalgic
So am new here and this is my first post . 
I was feeling very bottled up and wanted to release these feelings . I was bullied in my school days maybe coz I wasn't that rich or aristocratic . People used to pull pranks on me . They did false complaints to the teachers to and so the teacher also didn't listened to me . I didn't have any friends also . I'm sad coz That has deeply affected my confidence or personality . I find it very difficult to make friends and there is a lack of self confidence in me . I can stand for myself now though . But I have become over sensitive . So I just want to say if anyone see such activity going on please take some actions . This might make some ones day and even give them confidence to take stand for themselves . Thanks :D   

Self Esteem

I Proscrastinate a lot. All my friends are earning lot more than me. I always blame my luck and others for my problems.

I want to improve work on myself, start studying but I cannot.
