Any tips for how to relax, motivate ourselves or be happy when u dont have friends ?
I think you should try to nurture yourself out. Try different kinds of activities and see where you find peace and happiness. Try listening to soothing music,podcasts,art and editing something. Just don’t use mobile or electronics for a long period of time since it will effect on your health. Hope it helps :)
