Yess, block out some days, maybe this weekend to just rest without the guilt.
No expectations, just rest.
Think about something you loved doing but stopped doing it. And do that if you have some energy.
Talk to a friend/ therapist.
Understand it’s super normal and try to find solutions to find a balance that works for you.
Think about the little wins you’ve made and list them in order to be motivated.
