Yes, try to learn meditation and go out in open parks daily. Try connecting in a group like sports or yoga to distract yourself. How long you are facing these and what’s the reason for it
I’m extremely introvert & I have a really hard time gelling up with people.

Yes I can understand. Go out in nature then and sit in park in early morning and observe…it helps in settling anxiety. Do it regularly. What’s the issue with career? Pls share if comfortable
