Cut short your decision making time . Once you decide something , go follow it.
Not decision wise. Like life in general. Why a boyfriend behaved a certain way, why did mom shrug in a different way. Is he cheating? Do ppl like me⦠that kinda stuff
These are insecurities . Overthinking and insecurities have symbiotic relationship, they sustain each other in ones head.
Suggestion : I would say, build some confidence in yourself and charge that self esteem. Plus learn to take a chill pill at times when things go south .
Question, how to take the chill pill :p
Play sports. Lose games . Lose a lot many games. You adjust to thinking less. Also keep track of your thoughts at the end of the day and every week , just go through what you collected.
Going through thr weeks thoughts again leaves me more heavy with thoughts. The ones I forgot also will come back β¦I made my own book with my own stickers with words of encouragement too. But Iβm not able to follow through and write it always
Itβs okay. Do it at your own pace and whenever youβre comfortable. But play sports. Sportsmanship is an important skillset. It helps a lot.
