3am Thoughts

I worry too much. About everything and everyone. I overthink everything. I cant stop. I am depressed myself. Have too much anxiety to deal with and have major suicidal urges. I have the urges under control but I think I've reached a point where I am projecting my feelings on others, on people close to me. I worry if my younger brother is suicidal or depressed. I know for a fact that my dad is depressed but just doesn't share it with the family. I wonder if he's suicidal. And I cannot keep up with the thought of losing someone close to me. It makes me wonder if my dad is suicidal. I am most probably overthinking but I HATE IT. I HATE THESE THOUGHTS. I CANT GET OVER IT. MY BRAIN JUST WONT STOP. IT SUCKS. I don't think anything you guys comment below will make a difference to me, am not trying to be rude but I just don't have it in me to believe the things y'all are gonna say.   

Suicidal Ideation

It was 8months and i lied to him about going out
I went out with my male friend he hates…he found out
He was furious and he slapped me after that…thn i broke up with him..moved back to my parents place…and he kept trying to talk to me
Although his methods were very insulting…he shared everything about me to my frnds my brother 
So i moved to a new place to avoid all this
And again he calls me after a month to tell me he knows whereabouts of me and all
He found through my zomato account

We had a fight…but after 15 days i called him that i need to see you…we met…everything was normal as if we never had any issue

Boyfriend

I still miss him. Think about what could have been, had he just been a little sensitive. 

Breakup

Last night my mom & I had a big fight. I stopped by my best friends  house to catch up with her cuz it's been a while since we saw each other cuz she doesn't really go out much due to this pandemic and it was a good feeling to see your best friend after a long time. I had my kids with me........my mom pulls up out of nowhere and starts bitching at me. She doesn't like my friend for some reason....she said she's the reason for my life being terrible....I ABSOLUTELY disagreed with her on that completely because everyone has their own brain to know what is what and all that stuff....it was me that landed me in this position in life with my poor decisions. Not my best friend.....so she calls the cops on me and tells them I'm drunk and that my babies need to go with her. When my siblings tried to grab my babies from my arms....I snapped and I felt like I was in that one moment all over again with my kids dad and his family. They were all on me trying to carry my kids away from me....they locked the door on me and everything...it was a terrible scene......back to my story......as my siblings tried to grab them I was in this defense mode. I fought them off....I even cussed at my mom for instructing them to do that.....I was crying bad...I was bawling.........I didn't mean any of the bad words I said or all the mean things I was saying but It felt like I had to fight and protect my babies all over again....I sent my mom a text apologizing to her. I also sent my best friend a text apologizing to her and the disrespect that was done in front of her house. I feel very embarrassed for that. Very....because I was at peace when I arrived at my best friends house.....and my mom just comes and cause chaos out of the BLUE guys.....literally....I was like "what's her car doing here" 

PTSD

I hate being me i hate being a over sensitive person i hate being a person who is  little bit immature to their age i hate being childish i hate doing everything over whether its is love friendship everything people take me granted so easily and hurt me like nothing happened i just wanted to be loved by someone so much i wanted to be someone's priority i hate being me..

Anxiety

I’m over being the person everyone else wants me to be, I’m going to start being who i want to be. Also no can tell me what i can or can’t do anymore even if they say they don’t like being doing something.
