I don't feel like a man, i feel immature, insecure and really low, no friends to talk to and I end up in this site seeking validation and empathy from strangers. I don't feel like living another day but am not suicidal.

The line “she was like a shot of espresso” that she was. I miss her, more than anything. I’ve focused on myself and continue doing so, yet she always ends up in my mind and my gut telling me we’re not done. I’ve had to shake this off multiple times but it hasn’t gone far. I want to fight for you so bad but I can’t. I know you have to go through the journey alone right now and what’s meant to be will be. I’m learning patience and trusting what will unfold, is unfolding for me without control.

I'm an 18 year old med student.
So it's been like 6 months since I started med school and I kind of don't have any friends at the moment. The people here are really weird . They act like your friends but they'll be bitching about you behind your back and I've tried talking to a lot of people but everyone has let met down. Now I've reached a point where I'm scared to talk to , to trust anyone . But it's getting really lonely here . I've always been a talkative,happy person but this place is changing me in a way that I don't feel like talking to anyone . There are days when I don't get out of my room the entire day . 
With the kind of people that are here , I Don't want to make any friends becoz I'm tired of being hurt . I just want to normalise being alone , like I want to be alone but not feel lonely , instead be completely okay with it and I don't know how to do that .
