Anxiety all around in head .
Reason can't be mistaken but the consequence is making me drown as each second passes by 

I have no words to express all what's going on in head . it's a phase , a long one this time , with increased intensity .

When anxiety grips you and you can't feel anything. You can't even empty scroll Instagram properly. 
Like you're not present in the moment at all. The numbed emotions and exhaustion. Not doing anything at all. Just being a zombie.

Again this anxiety has taken over 

I still feel like I'm being shamed without knowing it. Im literally about to have a panic attack in the middle of class... It feels horrible..

Anxiety is an ugly thing.... because the difficult situations in life cannot be avoided... but anxiety makes it a million times harder...that it becomes crippling mentally physically emotionally
...it prevents you from thinking clearly and taking good decisions....these decisions may lead to ugly consequences which makes you even more anxious for the next time...it's a vicious cycle....even if you manage to pull through a difficult situation one negative occurence triggers more anxiety....i just want to stop feeling this...i want to be able to breathe...stop this sinking feeling...slow down my heart....stop this fatigue i feel all the time
..can anyone help?
