Am not in a happy marriage both physically and mentally… can’t leave him either. What should I do ?

Please seek professional help. Communicate with your loved ones. Take care. As others are saying leaving is the best option. There are tremendous ways in which you can repay the help that he has provided you less by staying unhappy here

In such situations dear,it’s better to start thinking about what else can give you happiness.Try to follow some hobby,take care of yourself and try to live your own life.think like you have already left him then how would you live.? Live like that…I know its a compromise but if that’s the last option then try to make it a happy compromise.
