Am 17 , currently giving boards , I have to start earning as soon as I turn 18 due to some family problems which I don’t wanna share here but I have to earn no matter what happens, I will have to move out too after my 12th , am not that educated about further studies and I have no idea what i should do , I mean what steps i should take , i wanna be a psychologist and am going to be one no matter what , the only problem is idk what am supposed to do in order to get there , I don’t have proper guidance about all this and there are many other things too , I just am asking for some help rn , I wanna be guided and I want someone to help me out with all this , I won’t be a burden or i won’t trouble much, I just have some questions about stuff
To be a psychologist you need to have a bachelors degree in psychology then a masters, but within psychology also there are many sub parts
Yes I do know all that , what am concerned about is that I don’t have anyone to support me rn , I am not trying to find someone to but I do need guidance with what I need to do to get there
you should make a linkedin account asap and fill out credentials then look for jobs that are suitable to your choice. there are many content creators in youtube who teach how to use linkedin to full potential. also join in at upwork and fivrr and you can try out creating a portfolio of a field youre good at. there are many work from home jobs you can do. initially most online jobs will not pay you cause you basically have zero business skills. so you can try working outside at restaurants, cafes, malls, etc etc. it’s a lot of physical labor. also you have to learn to negotiate your pay. do homework about any job before going to an interview. beware of fake businesses and fraud job offers. google will guide you. trust google.
there’s lot to learn. for starters join LinkedIn, create a lucrative account and connect to different company hr members and connect with them. creating connections will help you a lot in the future to get a job in a good company.
