What does a white discharge mean like not the normal one but I’m getting a very thick white discharge that too in much quantity it has texture of cottage cheese help me out please!

There are different names of medicine and idk whether I’ll get it or not and i need a home remedy
I used v wash once but didn’t felt any improvement ig I used it only one day can’t I use that coconut oil which we use on hair? And is there any other remedy?
It wont work if you wil use that once…atleast use that twice if its needed but use it daily i am sure it will be beneficial , and for home remedies i dont have much idea but drink loads of water it will be fine soon 😇
