All suggestions are welcome!
Iβve known my best friend for 4 years now. I had eventually developed feelings for him in the past 2 years. Me being me finally gathered courage and confessed my feelings to him. But he was polite and explained that he never saw me that way. I accepted that and decided to move on. But after 2 months, to my surprise or rather shock, he confessed that he had felt the same way but couldnβt convey. This time, I genuinely explained him how wrong it would be for me as I had no feelings now. He understood and everything is fine.
Do you all think that I made a grave mistake by getting over too early or he did by not accepting his feelings earlier?
P.S: Weβre still best friends and each otherβs go to person!

I dont think so, You did the correct thing. This situation is already well handled.
Thank you. I appreciate your suggestion.
Thank you for suggesting this.
First question whatβs your age?
20
As you both are best friends. You already have discovered many layers of each otherβs individuality and if still, you have feelings for each other then I would suggest you sit alone both of you and ask yourself what do you want.
Wouldnβt any of you feel sad if any of you get into 3rd person?
It seems better than playing a mind game and taking revenge.
I assure you that it was never about revenge or playing games. Yeah,
I guess the 3rd person would affect us. Not sure though!
