Take proper rest also. Make a schedule so that you can have half an rest in every 2-3 hours you study. Because our minds also needs as much rest as our bodies do.
So don’t neglect your mental health for studies. I know studies are important but your overall health is always more important

Allocate time for entertainment as well, u won’t feel the burden of studies that much. Have fun between studies! That’s how we manage such kind of stresses!
