Aisa kyu hota h ki main apni baat puri nhi rakh pati ya smjha pati? Eksath mind m sari info nhi aati jo mujhe bol deni chahiye hoti h us time?
After ending discussion mujhe kuch or points yaad aate h to add on jis se ya toh conclusion change hota h ya nhi bhi but its frustrating to miss out 2-3 facts everytime. I dont feel resourceful and then i would beat myself about it ki phle kyu nhi yaad aaya. But later on it is like i would have said that, isko m aise smjha skti thi, i could have given better explanation or whatever
Why it happens and how can i overcome it?

If you’re an introvert why am saying this is because we act accordingly fine agreeing sometimes we overpour & sometimes we stay quiet but but we don’t want tiffs we don’t want people to feel hurt so we let go & later ik we suffer voh wala phase were we felt like bol dena chahiye tha & sometimes nai bol paya yaarr it happens uk you should let goo & learn from the experiences
