AHHHH! I AM SO STRESSED! I am apart of a media team and I was in charge of emailing someone about an upcoming event last week, but I totally forgot to! I just sent the email out now, but the event is happening TOMORROW! I feel like I let everyone down, I’m having a really crappy moment right now!

you didn’t let anyone down, that is a lot of pressure, but everyone makes mistakes! It’s all OK, I promise you. Just take a deep breath, and send the emails. It might be late, but you’ve done your best. And your best varies from time to time that’s OK too. And after you do that, have a nice bubble bath or watch TV or read something to calm down. You might feel like this is the end of the world for you but remember to keep in mind that this will be nothing of importance in a few years or even few weeks away from now! Cheer up, i am sure your event turnt out well! This is an experience for you to learn from your past mistakes in order to try not to do so again! You got this!!
