Ah, today was a better day than the last week. I wasn’t able to study at all, I was quite numb from the inside because I felt like I couldn’t get anything done right.
Celebrate small improvements guys. They’re more important than you can imagine.
What would you suggest I do to prevent a burnout? What works for you?

Celebrating small improvements is extremely important, and I am glad you are doing better now. To prevent burnout, I take the day(s) off. Binge-watch FRIENDS, bake some cakes, lay around, listen to 90’s indie songs, just do what my heart craves for.

Listening to sad music and watching kdramas make me feel much better :)))
