Ah, today was a better day than the last week. I wasnโ€™t able to study at all, I was quite numb from the inside because I felt like I couldnโ€™t get anything done right.

Celebrate small improvements guys. Theyโ€™re more important than you can imagine.

What would you suggest I do to prevent a burnout? What works for you?

Celebrating small improvements is extremely important, and I am glad you are doing better now. To prevent burnout, I take the day(s) off. Binge-watch FRIENDS, bake some cakes, lay around, listen to 90โ€™s indie songs, just do what my heart craves for.
