After breakup from 2 years long distance relationship now I am getting better but I don't know why I feel sooo sexual and I feel sexual for her it's not completely sexual it's a bit like just hug her soooo tight and all and some sexual thoughts tooo I can't understand why it's happening ?

If I am moving up then why I feel this much sexual about her to make physical love with her i can't understand that ?

I didn't even saw her or her pic anything like that but still

Breakup

My gf had lost feelings (we broke up for 2months) but now we are trying and so dating now. Any tips to get those feelings back? 

Because of my anger I have hurt my girlfriend's feelings. It was never my intention to hurt her. I don't know how to make her believe that I will never hurt her like this ever again. I tried to talk with her but she has lost the trust and believes in me. I don't know how to gain that trust back.

I was with a girl and randomly she said I need a break. I thought she was kindding and said ok. Then we didn't talk for couple of days, days turned into months and still not talking. But I miss her, actually a lot. Asked her what happened said I dont wann hurt you. Right now she just sees my mesgs not even a reply😔. Dont know what to do

We both liked eachother and she lost feelings for me I am very heart broken in self doubt and get anxious and do overthinking I don't know what to do

Up late at night thinking about her again, she doesn’t want anything to do with me and I love her enough to let her go. All I want is to talk to her and hold her again. The relationship got serious and she got scared and left, we’ve both been single ever since the breakup. She kept in touch for a year and a few month after the breakup I finally had to cut ties for myself to move on. Nothing works out with any other girl I date. I miss my girl more than anything. But she doesn’t want what I want. Or at least not with me. I thought moving on would help, but she’s still on my mind everyday. Part of me thinks we are meant to be and one day we’ll be less back to each other, but it has to happen naturally. Maybe I’m meant to find something later in life. I needed to get this out 

So I broke up 4 years ago,

I did all a gentleman would do in his relationship giving space and not mingling both our personal lifes into each other,
never questioned her about her friends

Then realise she was cheating on me for two months and now I have this bad thing like finding reason to hate every girl I start liking thinking she would do same. 

And to add it up she used to be mentally and emotionally abusive. 

I know I can be the best man out their but every time I go out part of me says the other person is same would cheat on you.
Plus 
The college I attend women I meet they are like man you are dark skinned why a girl would ever date you.
I tried that ignoring this but in real world when I tried this was true. 
Part of me be like fuck it and
Part of me get affected, 
I don't know how to handle this. 

Recently I had a fight with my girlfriend for being vulnerable… she said that I pushed her to edge by saying something I shouldn’t she then asked for some space…and being a little emotionally attached I couldn’t do that… and then again things went forward and we had few arguments untill she said to have a break…she told me that she doesn’t have much to offer bcoz of her mental situation not being good bcoz of her past relationships and her family abuse… she said that she wants to heal herself then decide on things..…she said I did hurt her…

It’s her birthday next week and I kinda want to send her a gift but I clearly don’t know if I should or not…I honestly don’t know what to do need a piece of advice
