I'm plaged with fear. I'm so scared for the future.  I'm afraid of everything. I don't know how to push past this fear, I know that I have to because otherwise I'll stay still or worse go backwards.
Or worse I will meet my demise, from being stuck in a perpetual state of hopelessness, and not being able to live that way. I don't know how to live, I don't know how to push past this. I'm afraid. I'm so afraid. I don't know if I can do this.
