Thank you so much for your kind words 🙏 these feelings and situations are almost everyday story. I’m loosing hope ab. Many years I lived khud ko hopefull aur optimistic mind set ke sath but I’m completely exhausted now.

I too had kinda same thoughts and feelings for the past 6 months, I thought I’ll be living in these loop forever. I too thought of many things like (drxgs, suxcide, and more). My misery ended today. So hold on brother these too shall pass. These all are temporary.
