i am not a rude person , but i ended talking harshly with my parents and i really hate  it  and i cant help it, i also have anger issue . It annoy me so much that i talk so roughly with my parents but i end up regretting it thats really upset me a lot

Today mrng i got a dream that him and his bestie kept their profile as a dp.. and in the dream i asked him wjy did u keep you both as your dp..he said that bcz words can change people mind. As soon as i woke up i felt really bad and thought about it.. and i was not there in his social media.. so i asked him why i am not in his social media and he replied that he doesnt know and asked are u doubting on me. So i said about this dream to him and explained i am just asking not doubting..so he kept friend request to me and i accepted..and he told thaf he wants to sleep told good night and went off.. now he blocked me from facebook..and we chat in whatsapp.. should i breakup with him bcz this is draining me emotionally

I'm a skinny person and i have been so insecure about my body for a long time. It was so normal to me hearing body shaming comments that l became so used to it and don't care anymore. But still there was certain times when i felt so bad when someone points something about my body. They may not have really meant to hurt me, but just joked but sometimes it hits us unexpectedly. But then I recently saw a post in social media about some people finds collar bone attractive. That was a new info for me where i was so shamed of my collar bones which was evidently visible since I'm skinny. So I think that was the start. I slowly started to be proud of my collar bones and then even my body. I was insecure about my smile too. I never liked it. But one day i just found my smile beautiful. I slowly started to love it. And then later some people also pointed out that my smile looks good. It also started with self love and then more from people too. So I guess when we start to love our body and ourselfs it gets reflected within our surroundings too. I'm still not completely at that point. I still have some insecurities but I'm trying to overcome them and loving myself more. So guys don't ever hate on your body. It's just as perfect as u are.
