A new habbit today Iβll going to make cycling atleast for 5 minutes a dayβ¦slowly Iβll increase up to 10 minutes and more month wise

Actually I have gout arthritis join pain in my leg.i donβt exercise at all .thatβs why I only 5 minutes.plus I have stationary cycle .
