A bit low than usual.
Hey people,
Sending all the positive vibes. I’m under a lockdown in my city due to rising covid cases. I feel confined in four walls. And I’ve been working from home which is causing alot of stress. Please suggest me things to do to feel motivated.
Even The thought of another lockdown is making me anxious. May be if you have place at your home you could try learning dance moves.
- You could take up a 30 day self care challenge (lockdown friendly)
- Start journaling if you dint start. These times may be so stressful and we tend to get so lost in our thoughts. It helped me today to get out of a really moody phase. Or you can journal regularly here at @nowandme
