Did you know that it is scientifically proven that happiness is an immunity booster? A daily dose of happiness can help you stay healthier and fitter. πͺ
Staying happy helps the mind, body and soul. It also improves our inter-personal relationships and increases success. On the other hand, it is also absolutely normal to not feel happy at all times, no matter how much you try.
This is exactly what Day 3 of our Ongoing Happiness Challenge is all about. Itβs about taking that daily dose of happiness by inculcating it in our daily routines!

In our quest to find happiness, we often overlook the little things in life which can bring us joy. The motive of this challenge is to look for happiness in every corner!
Day 3: Daily Dose
As humans, we tend to have daily routines for work. Then why not have a routine for things which give us happiness?

Eating dinner with my family. Itβs just a time when I can forget about all of the homework I have and stop stressing. Also, the food is (usually) pretty good!

Every day when I get out of bed Iβll just go out of my room and wish my parents a very good morning and then Iβll go to my pup to hug . This is my most favourite routine π
