Aapko jo mehsoos ho raha hai, wo shayad depression ho. Agar aap chahte ho to kisi doctor se baat kar sakte ho, koi psychologist ya fir therapist. Aisa kaafi logo ko lagta hai jo aapko lag raha hai, aur aap chahein to isse baahar aa sakte hain. Aap samajhie ke aapki tabiyat theek nahi hai aur uske ilaaj ke lie aapko kisi doctor ko dikhaane ki zaroorat hai. Ismein koi sharmindagi ya ghabrahat ki baat nahi hai.
