Yesterday was my 1st day for T.Y classes 
After the lectures sir said you haved changed 
I don't feel the old you , 
You use to be energetic and happy all the time and Masti kar ne wala ladka always on the top to ask doubt and all things 
What happen then it's the 1st day and i don't feel that energy 
Then i started to overthink what happen to me 
Where i am 
I know i haved changed but not this much and he knows me for 2-3 years now he is not wrong
How can I say i Meet so many wrong people in my life in this past 2-3 years 
I was good person back then and i am still a good one but 
I don't give the same energy to everyone 
And i learn this   

3am Thoughts

I don't know why but these days I'm feeling like not to do anything. And it is making me feel so sad.

I'm 14 y/o soon gonna be 15 and feeling like missing out everything due to my awful communication skills. Idk I was always so lonely and had no friends to talk to but lately due to the coronavirus, I'm just sad the whole time. I'm trying to feel happier through watching my fav series which is Skam, but it just makes me lonelier. I don't know what to do anymore and am so scared of the future and get so stressed about it even tho I'm so young. 
I don't know how to explain this, but I'm kinda imagining another "me" in my mind, which has everything i dont, friends, a family which has time and a bunch of talents. I daydream about the happier "me" in my mind the whole time and I honestly don't know if I'm just getting absolutely crazy due to this lonelieness. 

Lonely

Useless. Just useless. It was fcking useless to talk to my parents. Always. It’s like I am talking to a fcking wall. 

Parenting

Today I don't know how I feel. Lately I have felt so overwhelmed I feel like I'm drowning and cannot come up for air. I just feel so done. I am getting my Masters in teaching and I've always wanted to be a teacher my whole life and go to the school I am at. I live in a great place, have the perfect first pet, and am in a 2 + year long relationship that is safe and respectful with a loving partner. Yet, I am just not happy. I almost feel guilty I want this year to end so badly, because if feels like I want to abandon children and my dreams. I feel trapped in this life I am supposed to be loving. I don't know how to make it through to June, some days it feels like I won't be able to do it. Normally I am so positive and I believe in my self, but lately I don't feel like myself. 

Mental Wellbeing

I have heart palpitations, possibly because of anxiety. But i feel like i can't tell anyone about it. I talked to my mom once but she ignored it. Ps. My family is very anti talking about mental health, to the point that even i don't feel comfortable because of it.
When i have these, it's really difficult to live with. But when i don't everything feels normal and calm. And i don't think i need any sort of help at all. And i think that it's all in my head.
