You know what’s the hardest part of being an adult?
You keep Moving!
You no longer share your emotions with anyone. You just watch a sunset, listen to songs that somehow now have deeper meanings and wake up the next day to deal with all the stuff all alone.
Maybe we don’t have to be alone
Let’s communicate more🫶
Luna @luna7
I think that does not limit to when you become an adult, your childhood trauma and how your family treated or what you experienced also determine whether you’re gonna open up to someone or not, you could be witnessing the most horrifying scene and still couldn’t feel anything which actually is not good if we think about it deeply
Stranger @shadowinthedark
Well that’s the thing a child who lost his childhood to such traumas is already an adult
Luna @luna7
sadly true
Stranger @shadowinthedark
And that’s why we should support each other or at least spread love because everyone is going through something all alone
Rahul Jadhav @rahuljadhav
Yess hi btw rahul here wanna connect
Stranger @shadowinthedark
Sure, Rahul
Ricky @ricky_
Yup right 😃 yes…it also means we can’t be like kids forver over sharing our emotions and crying for a longer time…we gotta pick ourselves up and find solutions to our issues courageously even if we don’t have anyone to help. Let’s all grow up and be stronger even if alone…that’s true strength. Take care 🧡
Stranger @shadowinthedark
Well everyone have their own beliefs. For me expressing your emotions and not shutting them down is the strongest thing to do. I mean what is life without emotions
Ricky @ricky_
Most of our suffering is due to our emotions. Humans must move form being a emotional being to a concious being…that’s the whole point of spirituality, yoga, philosophy.
Stranger @shadowinthedark
Yoga, philosophy and other things doesn’t teach or guide you to suppress your emotions but how not let it go out of your hands.
Can we become friends
Stranger @shadowinthedark
Yeah sure
