Woke up this morning & decided that I’m going to change my food & fitness regime. Going to cut down on junk, workout at least 5 times a week & stay super hydrated. Also going to start reading more & spending less time on social media. Don’t know where the positivity came from, but want to make little changes step by step on my journey to self care & growth. #wishmeluck
