How people ask an unknown without being formal or in a composure. I've lost hang of my flirt skills for a long time now, idk how people get new friends easily online. I want to ask a girl out on a date but I think I can't get her or me from being formal.

There is a girl in our community with whom I've been talking to in her DM for like 3 days now, even though she replies to me after 2-3 hours but I understand that she is busy and that's absolutely okay. It's not that the conversation is one-sided, she too asks questions to me.

 Should I ask her to hang out with me tomorrow or some other day she finds comfortable? 

I'm feeling a bit awkward and I don't know how will she react. 

Met a girl online. I really like her, but i feel it's not practical. It's long distance and also I have trust issues in general. We parted our ways a month ago ig for the very same reason, but I'm unable to forget her. On one side i want to just reconcile and get to know her more, but on the other side I feel it's just not practical. Can anyone guide me through this?
