Will I be able to live like this?

Each day struggling to stay strong without collapsing. Taking all the energy just to move a step. I feel so weak from the inside. Every time feeling like throwing up. Every time gasping for air. Every time swallowing the pain of headache which feels as if someone is pumping my head and it is about to explode. Hands trembling, legs shaking and heart either drop dead or race like a jet. Not being able to meet friends, not being able to enjoy the moment. One moment I am laughing and the next, something triggers making my body experience all of the above.

It is said somewhere, “the worst part of depression is, even though you know you are depressed, you are unable to stop yourself from getting worse“. My anxiety disorder which is “Agoraphobia” has been the same and it doesn’t have any treatment. I have to live with it for the rest of my life. The only treatment of this mental illness is facing my fear which I am doing but facing doesn’t always work and sometimes it gets worse when i am out in public. I cannot go far from home and i am still young (23 years old) having a dream to travel all the places i have on my wishlist.

I wrote it with a trembling hand and a racing heart. I just came home after meeting my friends. Well I have finished writing and I am already calm but I am uncertain of the next moment when i am out.

Heyyyy
First of all take a deep breath and just ly on your bed.
Gather the strength to rise everytime with confidence and hope.
I know you can do ittt.
Try taking small walks early morning .
Best things you can try is yoga.
You will be benefitted a lot from yoga and meditation.
Don’t let other people judge you.
Show who you are to everyone ❤️

I am doing a lot better than when it started. But still a long way to go to get better. I tried doing meditation but could not concentrate. I am thinking of joining a meditation centre soon. Hope it will help a lot.

If you cannot concentrate during meditation. There are different kinds of meditation . You can try music based meditation . Initially when I started meditating . I had the same problem concentrating. So I started music meditation and gradually it takes u in a trance and when u wake up you will feel like a complete different person. After some time you won’t even need music to concentrate. You will be able to meditate even in a mumbai local train

How does music based meditation works? Should i only focus on the music playing or my body and mind?

You just have to get lost in the music not thinking about anything around you. Try searching music meditation on youtube , this will surely help you.
